Grainger’s wine blog is

Grainger’s wine blog. The one and only wine blog for all you winos out there.

An evening with guests at our local bistro Le Puy a Vin in the lovely town of Puy Notre Dame. Its a fully organic place so both wine and food are organic. Ian, Daniel, Ruth and Mandy had all been on one of our wine tours so were very adept at choosing the wines. An Anjou blanc from Chateau Bois-Brincon and a Chinon Blanc both chenin grape wines of course. My choice a Cour-Cherverny from Touraine with its own grape variety Romorantin. It has an intense mineral taste not dissimilar to Chardonnay to which it is related.

Wine  blog ing is fun with Grainger’s wine blog. Its the regular spot to catch up on the latest stuff on the wine scene or maybe something quite different.  You never know what might appear.
