I picked up a leaflet at the salon des Vins in Angers a couple of weeks ago and thought I’d share their rather charming philosophy with you.
Respects his soil
Cultivates his vine
Harvests his grapes
Works and produces his own wine
Bottles his production in his cellar
Commercializes his wine
Betters himself in the respect of tradition
And welcomes, advises about wine tasting and takes pleasure to present the fruits of his work and cultivation.
